Sizing Guide

Built to last.
Here's how we make sure it does.

At-Home Care

  • A well-made ring requires very little.
  • A few simple habits will keep yours looking exactly as it should — for years, and decades, to come.

Cleaning
Warm water, a small amount of mild dish soap, and a soft-bristle toothbrush. Gently work around the setting and under the stone where residue builds up, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Do this once a week and your ring will always look its best. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, bleach, chlorine, acetone, and abrasive cleaning products — these can loosen settings, damage metal, and dull the surface over time.

Storage
When you're not wearing your ring, keep it in the box it arrived in. The cushioned interior protects the stone and setting from contact with other jewelry, which is the most common cause of scratches. Avoid leaving your ring on the edge of a sink or in a gym bag — small moments of inattention are where most rings get damaged.

When to remove it
Your ring is designed to be worn through your daily life — that's the whole point. But there are moments where removing it takes thirty seconds and adds years. Remove your ring before swimming in pools or the ocean, applying lotions, perfumes, or sunscreen, heavy lifting or gym sessions, and any work with harsh cleaning products or chemicals.

What We Take Care Of

  • Some things are better left to us.
  • Your ring comes with our commitment to get the fit right and to stand behind what we make. Here's exactly what that looks like.

Complimentary Resize — Within 90 Days
Finger size changes with temperature, time of day, and season. If your ring doesn't fit exactly as it should within the first 90 days of receiving it, we'll resize it at no charge. One complimentary resize per ring. Mail-in only.

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
Every Maison Rivelle ring is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — structural issues in the metal, prong integrity, and stone setting. If a defect from manufacturing becomes apparent, contact us and we'll assess and repair it. No forms, no friction.

What this covers: band structural defects, prong failure from manufacture, and stone loss directly resulting from a setting defect.

What this doesn't cover: normal wear over time, surface scratches, accidental damage, damage from impact, stone loss from wear, discolouration from chemicals or cleaning products, resizing after the 90-day window, and any work performed by a jeweler outside of Maison Rivelle — this voids the warranty.

We'll always be honest with you about the difference.

How It Works

  • Sending your ring in is straightforward.

Step 1 — Get in touch before you ship
Email us describing what you need. We'll confirm the service, send you a prepaid shipping label, and give you packaging instructions to make sure your ring arrives safely.

Step 2 — We handle shipping both ways
Use the prepaid label we send you. Pack your ring in its original box if possible. We recommend photographing it before it leaves your hands — for your own records.

Step 3 — Back with you in 21 business days
Once we receive your ring, we complete the service and return it with full tracking. You'll hear from us when it arrives and again when it ships back.

Full Transparency

  • What falls outside our warranty — and why we're telling you.

We'd rather you know exactly what you're covered for than discover a gap when you need help most. The following are not covered: normal wear over time including surface scratches and prong thinning from daily use, accidental damage or damage from impact, stone loss caused by wear rather than a manufacturing defect, discolouration from exposure to chemicals, perfume, pools, or cleaning products, resize requests made after the 90-day window, and any repair or alteration carried out by a jeweler outside of Maison Rivelle.

If you're ever unsure whether something is covered — email us first. We'll give you a straight answer.
