Free Expedited Shipping
Maison Rivelle is responsible for your order from the moment it leaves our workshop to the moment it's signed for at your door.
1. Where we ship
Free expedited shipping is included on every order within the United States and Canada.
If you're outside North America, we can ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Reach out through the Contact page before ordering, and we'll work with you on shipping logistics, costs, customs considerations, and timeline. We'll need a couple of business days to confirm we can deliver to your country before you order.
2. Order processing time
Each Maison Rivelle ring is made to order. We make to order because we don't carry inventory of finished pieces, and because the wear-first engineering of every ring depends on the specific size, metal, and stone configuration you choose. The window from confirmed order to ship date depends on what was ordered:
- The Vow and other pieces in the published collection: 14 to 21 days.
- Custom or modified-spec pieces: 4 to 8 weeks.
If you're working toward a specific date, let us know when you place the order. We'll confirm whether the timeline is achievable before we start production. We will not commit to a date we don't think we can hit.
3. Shipping method and signature requirement
Every Maison Rivelle order is shipped via an expedited courier we've worked with and trust, and is personally signed for at delivery by an adult at the address. We don't deliver rings to porches. We don't accept courier exceptions. The ring reaches your hand.
For high-value shipments, or any order shipping to an address that isn't a residence, we may reach out before dispatch to confirm delivery details. This is a security step. It adds at most one business day.
4. Tracking and delivery
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. We also send a reminder on the morning of expected delivery so the signature requirement isn't a surprise.
5. If you're proposing
Two things worth knowing.
First, every Maison Rivelle package ships in unmarked outer packaging. Nothing on the box indicates what's inside or where it's from.
Second, if you're working toward a specific date and want the ring to arrive a few days before, mention it in the order notes at checkout. We work backwards from your date when scheduling production and shipment.

6. Address accuracy and undeliverable packages
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order ships, address changes incur a redirection fee from the carrier (typically $20 to $40), passed through at cost.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll re-ship it once at no additional charge.
If a package is deliberately refused at delivery, or we are otherwise unable to complete delivery after multiple carrier attempts, the return is treated as a return request under our Return Policy. Refunds are issued only for items eligible for return under that policy. Custom and modified-spec pieces that are refused at delivery remain the customer's property; we will hold them for redelivery for up to 90 days, after which they will be considered abandoned.
7. Holiday and high-volume periods
During the December holiday season and around major engagement-heavy windows (Valentine's Day, late spring, early summer), production timelines may extend by 1 to 2 weeks. We update the homepage and product pages with current production estimates when this happens, so you know what to expect before you order.
8. Carrier delays outside our control
In the event of carrier delays caused by weather, public emergencies, or systemic disruptions outside our control, we'll notify you promptly with an updated timeline. We are not liable for indirect losses (a delayed proposal, a missed event) caused by carrier delays, but we'll work with you to make it right wherever we can.
9. If something goes wrong
The fastest way to fix a shipping problem is to reach a person directly. Email through the Contact page, or hello@maisonrivelle.com — one person handles every order, and that person is who responds.
